Venison Jerky recipe
Ingredients:
3 pounds of venison, cut into three-inch strips.
5 tablespoons of sugar.
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
2 tablespoons of red wine.
2 teaspoons of salt.
1/4 teaspoon of five-spice powder.
1/8 teaspoon of cinnamon.
Preparation:
Combine all of the ingredients except the venison strips.
Marinate for 24 hours.
Bake at 350°F for 15-20 minutes until brown; turning once.
