California Beef Jerky recipe
Ingredients:
1 beef flank steak, trimmed.
½ cup of soy sauce.
Garlic salt.
Lemon pepper.
Preparation:
Cut the steak lengthwise with grain into long strips, no more than a quarter-inch thick.
Toss with the soy sauce.
Arrange the beef strips in a single layer on a wire rack placed on a baking sheet.
Sprinkle with the garlic salt and the lemon pepper.
Place a second rack over beef and flip over.
Remove top rack.
Sprinkle again with the seasonings.
Bake (140°F in dehydrator) in very low oven for about 6-8 hours.
